Bright and bold home decor and paper goods for people who love color and pattern.

Pattern Love

So obviously I love patterns. I am very inspired by bold, graphic ones, featuring two or three colors. I have been a fan of the following independent businesses for awhile now, because I love the use of their own original designs in their work. It has also been really fun to watch their product lines grow and how different aspects of the patterns are featured depending on their application. All three of the following businesses handprint their own fabrics as well. I know that I really love a pattern when I say, 'I want to make a frame with that!" Which I say, a lot.

Pillows by Earth Cadets based out of Chicago, Illinois. The designs are handprinted using eco-friendly inks on organic and organic/hemp blend fabrics. I love this pattern and actually own a Earth Cadets tote printed with this pattern in a totally different color wave. But, I want this pillow too, obviously.

Shirt by Earth Cadets. I'm a sucker for neon colors on top of neutrals. Hence this shirt.

Tote by Milkhaus Design based out of Madison, Wisconsin. Natural linen is screen printed with non toxic water based inks. I really love her use of simple and natural colors and patterns, especially for a tote that you might want to use everyday. It goes with everything!
